Thus, due date supplement requests fiscal year 2013 funding October 31, 2012. 2. Starting the October 2012 due date, PD/PI should submit just single supplement request, regardless the number participants which support requested. 3. Starting the October 2012 due date, supplement applications should submitted electronically via eRA Commons streamlined process. 4. Starting the October 2012 due date, NINDS provide 10,000 direct cost per program per year administrative costs each year at least resident/fellow supported. may used PD/PI salary, effort an administrative assistant, other typically allowable costs. 5. a result the policy change described bullet 4, starting fiscal year 2013 via supplement requests submitted the October 2012 due date), direct costs provided each program be to 70,000 per participant participant salary, fringe benefits travel plus 10,000 administrative costs per program a participant supported.  in past years, maximum travel cost allowed within 70,000 provided each participant 2,000. 6.
