Predoctoral Awards

F30Individual NRSA for Dual-Doctoral Degree Students in non-MSTP Institutions

Individual fellowships for predoctoral training which leads to the combined MD/PhD and other dual Clinical/Research degrees for students in non-MSTP programs. NINDS does not support the F30 mechanism at MSTP institutions.

F31Individual NRSA for PhD Students & MD/PhD Students from MSTP Institutions
Fellowships to provide predoctoral individuals with supervised research training in specified health and health-related areas leading toward the research doctoral degree (e.g., PhD) or MD/PhD students in MSTP programs.
