Vivek Srinivasan was a Research Fellow in Radiology at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Under joint mentorship from David Boas and Michael Moskowitz, his research goal was to advance optical coherence tomography (OCT) to enable hemodynamic and metabolic measurements during functional activation in the brain with high spatiotemporal resolution. Specifically, he aimed to develop and validate methods of measuring cortical hemodynamics using OCT technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
