Marina Bershteyn was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. In the lab of Dr. Arnold Kriegstein, her research focused on investigating the cellular and molecular mechanisms of Miller-Dieker Syndrome (MDS) using human stem cell models in vitro and human developing cortical tissues ex vivo. She received her Ph.D. in oncology and cancer biology from Stanford University. Currently, Dr. Bershteyn is a Senior Scientist at Neurona Therapeutics.
