Lisa Roux was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Neurology at New York University School of Medicine. In the lab of Dr. Gyorgy Buzsáki, Lisa used cutting-edge in vivo electrophysiology and optogenetic approaches in the freely moving mouse to understand the mechanisms of hippocampal oscillations and their function in spatial memory processes. Lisa earned her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Collège de France and her M.S. in Integrative Physiology from University Pierre et Marie Curie, France. Currently, Dr. Roux is a Team Leader in the Interdisciplinary Institute for Neuroscience at University of Bordeaux, France.
