Gary has been at NIH for over 10 years, and comes to NINDS most recently from NIGMS, where he served as their Guide Liaison, Referral Officer, and Inclusion Officer. Prior to that, Gary got his start at NIH as an ESA at NHLBI in 2011, where he quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately working as their Guide and Referral Liaison. During his time at NIH, Gary has worked extensively with eRA, and has been integral in the development of new and refreshed enterprise systems, including the Funding Opportunity Announcement Module (FOAM), the Internal Referral Module (IRM), and is currently serving as the co-Chair of the trans-NIH Electronic Council Book (ECB) Modernization working group to update Council processes. Gary's passion at work is to make our work easier and more efficient, so we're excited to have him as part of our team working towards these goals.
