Ms. Holley began her career at the National Institutes of Health in 2005 as an Extramural Support Assistant for NINDS, then as a Grant Technical Assistant. Ms. Holley was promoted to Program Specialist in December 2020 in the Scientific Review Branch. She provides administrative and logistical support to supervisors, department heads, staff, and external scientific experts. Ms. Holley's knowledge enables her to assist in the development and implementation of program practices and procedures, to participate in administrative or management studies, and to provide support for planning and analyzing activities using integrated reporting systems. Ms. Shavonna Holley has received two Director awards in recognition of her outstanding work dedication over the years.
