Judy Fabrikant is the Chief Information Officer for NINDS. Prior to joining NINDS in January 2016, Ms. Fabrikant worked at the Center for Information Technology (CIT) where she served as the Service Area Manager for Customer Support, leading the NIH IT Service Desk and the Support Services Branches, and prior to that, leading the NIH Network Operations Center. Ms. Fabrikant began her Federal career working as a Research Psychologist for the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and then moved in to computer programming at the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and then to the Intramural Research Program of NINDS. Ms. Fabrikant holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
