Yingfei Wang was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. In the labs of Drs. Valina and Ted Dawson and Dr. Raymond Koehler, her research aimed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of neuronal injury and develop novel therapeutic strategies to treat patients suffering neurologic dysfunction. She earned her Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Magdeburg in Germany and earned her M.S. and B.S. from Zhejiang University in China. Currently, Dr. Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology, Department of Neurology and Neurotherapeutics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
