Ye Zhang was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Neurobiology at the Stanford University. In the lab of Dr. Ben Barres, Ye worked to identify transcription factors important for astrocyte differentiation. Ye earned her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of California San Francisco and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Tsinghua University. Currently, Dr. Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles.
