Dr. Jiaqi O'Reilly (she/her) is a Health Program Specialist in the Repair and Plasticity Cluster at NINDS. Dr. O'Reilly received a B.A. in Africana Studies and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami where her research focused on epigenetic mechanisms underlying schizophrenia. During her Ph.D. in Neuroscience at The George Washington University, Dr. O'Reilly was an NRSA predoctoral fellow examining the role of placental endocrine support for early brain development, under the guidance of Dr. Anna Penn. Dr. O'Reilly continued this work as postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University Irving Medical Center before joining NINDS.
