Dr. Hassani is a Health Program Specialist (HPS) in the Neural Environment (NET) cluster. Prior to joining NINDS, he both received his PhD and was a postdoctoral researcher at Vanderbilt University, focusing on in vivo neurochemical sampling, pharmacological manipulation of behavior and multi-area electrophysiological recordings.
