Dr. Crystal A. Lee is a Program Director in the Neurogenetics cluster at NINDS. Dr. Lee manages a portfolio of research grants covering basic developmental neuroscience and neural epigenetics. She also manages disease grants in childhood neurodevelopmental disorders and rare neurological disorders. She joined NINDS in 2016 as an IRTA Postdoctoral Fellow and became a Health Program Specialist in the Neurogenetics cluster in 2021. She received her B.S. in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester and her Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Developmental Biology from Emory University.
