Rogers Gross II joined NINDS in 2020 as a Senior Grants Management Specialist. His federal career encompasses over 15 years of grants experience; 13 years served at the National Institutes of Health. He has also worked for notable federal organizations such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) Assistance Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Rogers obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Morgan State University in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University in 2011. He is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA). Rogers' areas of expertise include new organization reviews, desk audits, small business grants and cooperative agreements. He also has a plethora of experience with most other NIH grant mechanisms.
