Dr. Elyse Sullivan is the Acting Chief of Staff for the Division of Extramural Activities (DEA), assisting the DEA Director in coordinating activities across NINDS divisions and other NIH ICs. Prior to joining NINDS, Dr. Sullivan held multiple positions within the NIH Office of Extramural Research (OER), including Extramural Research Integrity Officer and Communications Strategist. Dr. Sullivan received her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she studied translational electrophysiological biomarkers in schizophrenia.
