NINDS OPEN Conversations: Postdoctoral and Junior Faculty Diversity Awards

This NINDS Office of Programs to Enhance Neuroscience Workforce Diversity (OPEN) Conversation is intended to help postdocs and faculty learn more about Diversity Career Development (K) Awards at NINDS. We will provide an overview of the types of K Awards offered by NINDS, application tips, information about the review process, and share best practices in the approach to mentoring and career development plans. This event will serve as a networking opportunity for neuroscience postdocs and faculty to interact with NINDS program staff and will also be an informational session on NIH funding opportunities that promote diversity in the research workforce.
