TOP-NT: Multicenter Implementation of CDEs Enhances Quality, Reproducibility, and Rigor in TBI Research

July 22, 2026 | 2:00 - 3:00 PM
ET

NINDS invites you to attend the 6th webinar in the NINDS Preclinical CDE and Data Science Webinar Series. Please join investigators from the Translational Outcomes Project in Neurotrauma (TOP-NT) Consortium for a discussion on how multicenter implementation of Common Data Elements (CDEs), harmonized protocols, and shared data infrastructure can strengthen rigor and reproducibility in preclinical TBI research. Speakers will discuss lessons learned from coordinating imaging, biomarker, histopathology, and outcomes workflows across participating research sites, including approaches for prospective harmonization, cross-site data comparability, and development of accessible multimodal datasets to support translational neurotrauma research.
