Rosa Lopez, C.P.C.M., M.B.A.

Rosa Lopez joined NINDS in June 2021 as an Other Transaction Agreements Officer.  Prior to joining NINDS, she was a Lead Contracting Officer and Other Transaction Agreements Officer at the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) where she negotiated, awarded and administered contracts and Other Transaction Agreements for medical countermeasures and COVID diagnostics and therapeutics.  Rosa has a Master's in Business Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Government Contracting.
