Quynh N. Ly

Quynh Ly joined NINDS as the Budget Analyst in the Intramural Program in Oct. 2002. She moved to the Financial Management Branch in early 2008 as a Senior Budget Analyst and now serves as the Chief Financial Officer and has extensive knowledge for all the budget components for the NINDS Programs.  She is involved heavily in both Blueprint and BRAIN initiatives. Quynh also has served on numerous trans-NIH committees and working groups and has made substantial contributions to help advance NIH’s budget and administrative management capabilities. Before joining NINDS, she worked as a Budget Analyst at Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and at the Office of Resource Services (ORS) at NIH.
