Ellen R. Rosenberg a Clinical Research Project Manager works on a variety of projects promoting the mission of NINDS and promotion of good clinical practice in research and oversees a large NINDS administrative contract.  Prior to this position, at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institutes (NHLBI) Division of Cardiovascular Sciences, she managed a variety of clinical trial grants, contracts, and projects, and on the Bench to Bassinet Program Pediatric Congenital Genomic Consortium and the Pumps in Kids, Infants, and Neonates program she was one of the principal trial clinician.  With the Resuscitation network group, she applied her early career trauma nurse training with bedside clinical research work.  Once certified as a Contract Representative, she worked closely with IT focused projects promoting health over the internet.  Other NIH experiences include working at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases pediatric transplant program, National Cancer Institute, and on a variety of intra-agency projects.  Having earned a Bachelor's of Science and Masters in Science degree in Healthcare Administration, Ellen continually challenges herself to grow and expand her skills.  To this end, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in Healthcare and Administration.
