Carine Normil, M.A.

Carine Normil joined the Grants Management Branch in July 2019. Prior to NINDS, Carine worked as a Grants Management Specialist at NIAID for three years. Carine holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Florida and an MA in Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from Norwich University. While in graduate school, Carine worked as an intern for the Department of State, Church World Service and other international non-profit, where she coordinated a Congressional Briefing in Congress to bring awareness of human trafficking. Carine speaks three languages fluently. She is passionate about federal policy, design, and Afro-Latin dance.
