NINDS Neuroscience Funding Announcements

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) will continue the Morris K. Udall Centers of Excellence in Parkinson's Disease Research program by publishing a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for new and renewal applications. The purpose of this Notice is to alert potential applicants and to provide lead time for the development of responsive projects. This FOAwill utilize the Specialized Center (P50) activity code, which will support a spectrum of basic, translational and clinical research activities utilizing an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to a specific disease entity, Parkinson's Disease (PD). It is anticipated that this FOA will be published in autumn 2013 with an expected application due date in early winter 2014.
