NINDS Neuroscience Funding Announcements

NINDS funds P30 Center Core Grants under PAR-05-070 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-05-070.html). On August 1, 2006 a Notice (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-NS-06-016.html) was published announcing cancellation of the October 2006 and January 2007 receipt dates. NINDS will resume accepting applications under PAR-05-070 beginning with the May 25, 2007 receipt date. NINDS reviews P30 applications under special review criteria included in the Program Announcement in Section V. Beginning with the May 25, 2007 receipt date, reviewers will consider the following additional special review criterion when evaluating the leadership and administration of a proposed Center Core.
