F30 - Individual NRSA for MD-PhD Students

NINDS no longer uses the F30 NRSA mechanism.  MD-PhD students who wish to apply for fellowship support from NINDS should apply through the specific F31 program announcement for MD/PHD student support from NINDS (PAR-10-091).
