Ms. Odenkirchen has a Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in public health for over 25 years in various Federal agencies including CDC, PHS/OASH, and several NIH institutes. Ms. Odenkirchen has over 2 decades of experience in clinical research project management, particularly in the implementation and oversight of multisite clinical trials and large epidemiology studies. She has experience collaborating with universities, local, state, federal and international governments, international health agencies, and non-profit organizations while managing large clinical research projects. Ms. Odenkirchen has been the project officer on several contracts for coordinating centers and clinical research activities and is currently responsible for the NINDS Common Data Element (CDE) Project.
