Ipolia received her B.S. in Biology at the American University of Beirut, and her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Georgetown University under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph Neale. She then joined Dr. Stanley’s Rapoport lab at NIA as a postdoc where she studied arachidonic and docosahexaenoic acid brain signaling in neuropsychiatric disorder, HIV and neuroinflammation.
